The 7th International Congress of Food Technologist, Biotechnologist and Nutritionists will be held from September 20 to 23, 2011 in Opatija, Croatia. The organizers of the Congress are Croatian Society of Food Technologist, Biotechnologist and Nutritionists and Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb. The Congress is traditionally held since 1977. This congress will provide a forum for exchange of ideas and authoritative views by leading scientists (such as food scientists and technologists, nutritionists, and environmental professionals) as well as business leaders in this exciting field.

The motto of the Congress is „FOOD-THE CHALLENGE AND THE NEED“.
